More Than I Know

More Than I Know

Some thoughts bind me

Before they are forgotten

I wince,

I take a page away

From the titles consumed

Feathered almanacs braced to be still

Plan another trip from somewhere

While I wish I am just stealing the most of my pride

If this is what it is?

And nothing more?

Why does the wind achieve its course to remind us where to go?

Into life, a promise

In every charge of peace

So guard my heart

When everything is calm

The still manages to achieve more than I know
