Expecting to Grow

Pour it out if you want to stay

I'm not looking for a place to go

Just home

Tend to me, make it matter

Loose the chains that keep me from

What is a reflection in space

Only after this special test

I lost myself knowing your pleasure

Another dance, could you stay, perhaps?

The more I feel I am lost you lose control

Diving in the deep end

Feel the current shift and flicker

To move me from stasis

Never old, until you call me out on it

Preparations soaking in temperature

From the north fleeing from the sliding scale

Everything in fortune

Lying to be made perfect

No more just a satisfied wink

The seeds are alive taped to the window

You're still staring at them

Expecting them to grow
